The World Bank Group Internship Programme offers highly motivated current students an opportunity to work at the world's largest development institution. Interns work on projects that support the Bank's twin goals of ending extreme poverty and promoting shared prosperity.

What you get

Hourly compensation: $23.40/hour for undergraduates, $28.60/hour for master's/PhD students (which works out to ~$900-$1,100 per week), 4-week minimum commitment (most do 8-12 weeks), and travel to Washington DC if not already local.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD programme, with strong academic performance. Fields: economics, finance, public health, education, engineering, social sciences, environment, data science, etc. Must be fluent in English.
