The AI4D Africa programme, funded by Canada's International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and Swedish SIDA, supports African AI research and policy. The annual AI4D Research Lab places master's and PhD students in 3-month research residencies.

Eligibility
National of an African country, currently enrolled in a master's or PhD in computer science, AI, statistics, or related field, with a research proposal aligned to AI4D's themes (agriculture, health, languages, education, climate).
