The Tutu Fellowship is one of Africa's most selective leadership development programmes. Run by the African Leadership Institute, it brings together ~25 outstanding African leaders each year for a transformative 1-year journey of personal growth, leadership development, and lifelong peer connection.

Eligibility
African citizen or permanent resident, age 28–42, proven track record of leadership in business, government, civil society, or academia, and ability to commit to the full 1-year programme. Highly competitive — acceptance rate under 5%.
